Processing Times & Shipping Policies

Please note that due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, there will be delays in shipping times. While we are doing everything we can on our end, these delays are beyond our control. Processing Times
How long it takes me to prepare and package your order before I mail it.
No one likes to wait for happy mail, so to ensure you understand how long it will take me to process your order, please see the below breakdown by product. 

All orders will be shipped from Edmonton, Alberta in Canada using Canada Post letter mail unless tracked shipping is selected.

Please note: during large group collab sales and holiday sales, the below processing times may lengthen slightly. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
  • Planner stickers: two to three weeks
  • Planner paper clips: two to three weeks
  • Die cuts: two to three weeks
  • Note cards: two to three weeks
  • Premade handmade greeting cards: two to three weeks
  • Bespoke made-to-order greeting cards: up to four weeks

Premium Packaging
Happy mail is not complete without being packaged carefully and in a way that makes it exciting to open. All orders receive premium packaging that includes protective measures, like tissue paper and plastic bagging, to ensure your happy mail arrives safely.

How are Shipping Costs Determined?
There are several charges that apply to shipping costs in addition to postage fees. Postage is not based on city but rather by country. Postage costs at my shop are a flat rate based on a 12-month average in shipping costs within a particular country and product type. There are also delivery charges, material cost charges, as well as shipping label charges that also make up the shipping cost fee. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or post office delivery delays.

Which postal service do you use?
All orders are shipped by Canada Post standard delivery. If you'd like your order delivered sooner, please let me know. Please note: additional shipping charges will apply to expedite the shipping.

Can I track my shipment?
I'd be happy to send your shipment using a tracking service at an additional cost. Please contact me prior to placing your order.

My order hasn't arrived! What do I do?
First, I'm so sorry to hear this, but I'd be happy to look into this and share proof of mailing. Please send me a message or an email so that we can connect, and I will find a solution that works for both of us.
